Potato flakes obtained from carefully selected potatoes which are washed, peeled, cut and dried.
1 – Bring to boil 4L of water and 2L of milk. Add 200g of butter or margarine and season with salt.
2 – Add 1kg of powder preparation in the water and homogenize until desired consistency is obtained.
3 – It is ready to eat.
NOTE:This product may also be used in soup base, savory filling crème, thicken sauces or baked goods. May be seasoned with spices (nutmeg, pepper, or others).
Servings per container: 200 doses of 125 ml approx.
The product, in an unopened packet, keeps its properties for 12 months in a cool dry atmosphere, without significant alterations or exposure to strong light. Once opened must be consumed in three months. After preparation the product may be kept in fridge for 24h.
