Chopped Garlic

Dehydrated garlic, chopped garlic 0.5 -1.5 mm.
Product produced from garlic, selected, peeled, cut and dried without colorants or preservatives.

Preparation
1 – Place in a container the quantity of desired product and add water.
2 – Leave to soak about 10 minutes.
3 – Drain and cook like fresh produce.
When cooking with high percentage of water boil together with the remaining ingredients.
1Kg of dehydrated garlic is equivalent to 10Kg of fresh garlic.
NOTE: You can only reconstitute the product with water.

Shelf Life
The product, in an unopened packet, keeps its properties for 12 months in a cool dry atmosphere, without significant alterations or exposure to strong light.
The contents in each packet may be used many times, as long as normal hygiene procedures are followed and the packet is correctly closed.
