The product is obtained by hot air machine dehydration from fresh parsley leaves.
1 – Place in a container the quantity of the desired product and add water.
2 – Leave to soak about 10 minutes.
3 – Drain and cook like fresh produce.
When cooking with a high percentage of water boil together with the remaining ingredients.
NOTE: You can only reconstitute the product with water.
The product, in an unopened packet, keeps its properties for 12 months in a cool dry atmosphere, without significant alterations or exposure to strong light. The contents in each packet may be used many times, as long as normal hygiene procedures are followed and the packet is correctly closed.
