Flan Pudding Powder
Powdered product for the preparation of a flan pudding dessert.
Not recommended for individuals with allergy /intolerance to milk or sulphites.
1 – Dissolve the bag contents (120g) in 2L of milk.
2 – Add 200g of sugar.
3 – Bring to boil at least for 2 minutes, stirring often, until thickens.
4 – Place in individual bowls or in a form and refrigerate until pudding stay consistent.
Servings per container: 16 doses of 125ml/110g approx.
The product, in an unopened packet, keeps its properties for 12 months in a cool dry atmosphere, without significant alterations or exposure to strong light. Once opened must be consumed in three months. After preparation the product may be kept in fridge for 24h.
