Mashed potato flakes with milk.
Suitable for the general population. Special attention to the public with lactose intolerance.
1 – Put 6L of water in a container on the fire until boiling.
2 – Add the content of the package (1kg) and boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly.
3 – Adjust seasoning to taste (butter, salt and nutmeg) and it is ready to serve.
Servings per container: 35 doses of 170g approx.
The product, in an unopened packet, keeps its properties for 6 months in a cool dry atmosphere,
(T <20ºC and HR <60%), without significant alterations or exposure to strong light.
The product of each bag can be used several times, provided that the usual hygiene rules are followed and the bag is properly closed.
