Mousse Powder

Powder preparation for a mousse  dessert.
Not recommended for people with allergies and/or intolerance to milk.

Preparation
1 – Dissolve the content of the sachet to 1L of cold water.
2 – Mix with an electric whisk for 1 minute at low speed and 4 minutes at high speed.
3 – Serve in bowls and place in the refrigerator.

Servings per container: 35 doses of 100ml approx. (package 430g) or
20 doses of 100ml approx. (package 620g).

Shelf Life
The product, in an unopened packet, keeps its properties for 12 months in a cool dry atmosphere
(T <20ºC and RH <60%), without significant alterations or exposure to strong light.
The contents in each packet may be used many times, as long as normal hygiene procedures are followed, and the packet is correctly closed.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place in the sealed package away from sunlight
